May 4, (now dubbed Star Wars Day #starwarsday #maythe4thbewithyou) may be over for another year, but news, photos and gossip from the Star Wars camp are still rolling in.
We've always felt strongly that a Wookie should get a magazine cover and in the run up to the December release of The Force Awakens, Vanity Fair have led the way as their June issue cover boasts Chewbacca, Hans Solo and newcomers to the franchise Rey and Finn.
The cover photo and the on-set photos were taken by VF photographer Annie Leibovitz and have already taken the internet by storm in just the few hours they have been released. Fans of the forthcoming trilogy have been piecing together clues to establish who and what they cast are playing (see here for the latest casting news).
