Bey didn't even DID actually walk the red carpet—she was just so late, most people had given up on her post RiRi. But now that we've seen what she's wearing (Givenchy, once again!), it makes sense why she was so late: She had to make sure every gem in her NAKED, bejeweled ice skating star of a gown was in its perfect place...because when it comes to this dress there is NO room for error:
